These Top Brass 55-grain FMJBT bullets were pulled from military surplus loaded ammunition instead of running them as new manufacture, which is exactly why they land at a lower per-round cost than a comparable new-production FMJBT. They're in excellent condition and neatly organized for bulk reloading. The boat tail profile and cannelure match the classic M193-pattern loading many .223/5.56 reloaders already run, so ballistic behavior and feeding should be familiar. Each box holds 1,000 rounds, and Raven Rocks sells them either as a single box or as a case of four for reloaders running through volume faster. It's a tremendous value for high-volume range and practice loads where per-round cost matters more than pristine uniformity.
