Bill Bogner
Co-Founder Bill is a dynamic individual with a passion for multiple disciplines. He is married to his wonderful wife, Kelly, and a father to three amazing children. With a passion for the outdoors, he enjoys exploring new destinations and appreciates solitude in nature. A lifelong learner, he thrives on discovering new things, channeling that drive into growing Raven Rocks Precision, the business he and Kelly started together. Kelly Bogner
Co-Founder Kelly lives with her husband and business partner, Bill. They have an active household, with three children and a cat named Pumpkin. Her time outside of work is devoted to her family and enjoying the outdoors. Together and through a lot of hard work, Bill and Kelly have experienced the joy of watching Raven Rocks Precision turn from a dream into a flourishing business. Ryan Dildine
Warehouse Operations Manager Ryan grew up as a military brat, an experience that allowed him to travel extensively and adapt to a variety of environments and cultures from an early age. As an adult, he continued his passion for travel through his work with major retail organizations, gaining valuable experience across diverse locations and teams. With more than 25 years of management experience, Ryan considers himself a leader of people first and foremost. He is committed to developing others, fostering strong teams, and creating environments where individuals can grow and succeed. A growth mindset remains at the forefront of his leadership philosophy, driving his focus on continuous learning, professional development, and embracing new challenges. Ryan has been married to his wife, Devin, for 25 years. Together, they have raised three daughters, and family remains at the center of his life and values. His personal and professional experiences have shaped a leadership style grounded in adaptability, service, and a genuine commitment to helping others reach their full potential. Jake Carter
Product Data & Systems Specialist Jake and his wife share a home and three cats. A recent Texas transplant, he's traded the Lone Star State for Fredericksburg and spends his time outside of work with family and exploring the city and Virginia's beautiful state parks. He brings a problem-solver's mindset to Raven Rocks Precision, keeping the systems and data behind the catalog running clean. James Thrift
Warehouse Lead James was born and raised in Virginia, where he grew up hunting and fishing. When not at work, he's usually spending time with his wife and their senior cat, Milton. James enjoys traveling and cooking. Likes: Fishing, Trucks, New recipes Dislikes:Airplane seats, Traffic, and Humidity
Eric Divine
Inventory and Operations Associate Eric is a husband, father of four daughters, and grandfather to a grandson. He is a retired Army veteran, certified self defense and AVERT instructor, and owner/operator of TripleBFarms. He spends his free time with his family and raising sheep and goats in Hartwood, VA.
