If you load 9mm in volume, a 1,000-count box of Berry’s 115-grain round nose bullets keeps the press running. Berry’s builds them as copper-plated pistol bullets for high-volume 9mm reloading: a swaged lead core electroplated with copper, and sized to a true .356" diameter. The round nose profile is the traditional 9mm shape, and Berry’s says it feeds smoothly in almost any 9mm pistol.
For loading, Berry’s recommends a taper or roll crimp without over-crimping, and notes that load data for cast or jacketed bullets of the same weight and profile applies. The maximum muzzle velocity is 1,250 fps. Staying under it avoids core separation and accuracy problems. This is a bullet-only component, supplied in Berry’s own 1,000-count box.
