These are brand new made in the USA Bullets. These are all being listed as seconds due to being slightly more dull compared to their factory firsts. That's literally it.

From beginning of production run, Coloration (dull/tarnished), corncob cleaning media imbedded in hollow points, occasional lead-core deformation, or missing lead-core. Our teams do their best to remove the most egregious offenders, but we still recommend hand sorting through your bullets. Due to this many of the bags will appear as factory firsts, and therefore an even more incredible deal. Limited quantities available.
