This 147-grain .308 FMJ-BT uses traditional copper-jacketed, lead-core construction, sourced as a factory second from an established domestic ammunition manufacturer and passed along to Raven Rocks Precision customers at a discount. The boat tail base is intended for improved ballistic efficiency downrange.

These are factory seconds with varied condition rather than a single defect type. Depending on the bag, you may see bullets from the very beginning of a production run, dull or tarnished coloration, or occasional deformation. Our team pulls the most obvious rejects before these ship, but we still recommend hand-sorting through your bullets before loading. Because of this variance, many bags will contain bullets that look like ordinary factory-first FMJ-BT — an even better deal within an already-discounted lot. Quantities on this lot are limited.
