These bullets are brand new. They feature steel penetrators used in ammunition like 5.56x45mm NATO M855. The hardened steel penetrator improves light barrier penetration. These bullets do not have painted green tips. Some ranges do not permit use of these projectiles in loaded ammunition due to increased damage to targets and/or increased fire risk.
