Raven Rocks Precision may also be referred to herein as “our,” “we,” and “us.”
A Customer seeking to purchase one or more items from Raven Rocks Precision may also be referred to herein as “you,” “your,” or “buyer.”
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Raven Rocks Precision website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these conditions at any time, and such changes will take effect once posted on our site. Your continued use of our services after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Age Restriction
By placing any order with Raven Rocks Precision, the Buyer certifies that:
-He or she is 21 years of age or older when placing an order for firearms or ammunition.
-He or she is not prohibited from purchasing or possessing firearms, ammunition, or any regulated items under federal, state, or local law.
The buyer further understands that firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer of their choice and that I the buyer is solely responsible for selecting the FFL dealer, arranging the transfer, and paying any associated fees charged by the FFL dealer in association with the purchase(s) made.
3. Orders and Pricing
All orders placed with Raven Rocks Precision are subject to availability and acceptance by us. Prices listed on our website are in U.S. dollars and may change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product details may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the error and either cancel the order or offer you the corrected price for approval.
4. Firearms Transfer Policy
Firearms Transfer
Raven Rocks Precision will ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means that we cannot ship directly to a customer that is not an FFL holder.
If you do not hold a valid FFL, we will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a FFL dealer in your state, and that chosen FFL dealer will then be able to transfer the firearm to you.
It Is Your Responsibility:
-To ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state. This includes magazines that exceed capacity restrictions in your state. If you purchase a firearm that comes with magazines that you cannot legally own, the firearm will ship without the magazines as long as the firearm is legal to own. The magazines will not be replaced with lesser capacity magazines, nor will the buyer be reimbursed for the value of the removed magazines
-To contact the FFL dealer to which you would like the firearm to be shipped
-To complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your chosen FFL dealer, as well as pay any of the chosen FFL dealer’s transfer fees, or any/all state and/or local fees/taxes associated with the firearm transfer
Be aware that it is customary for your chosen FFL dealer to charge a transfer fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your chosen FFL dealer. Please check with your chosen FFL dealer concerning their policies. You do not pay Raven Rocks Precision a transfer fee.
The buyer is responsible for contacting their chosen FFL dealer to request that the chosen FFL dealer send a copy of their FFL to us.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. Raven Rocks Precision retains the right to refuse service or cancel orders if payment issues arise or fraudulent activity is suspected.

Our products are intended for lawful use only. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws when purchasing or using items from Raven Rocks Precision. We are not liable for misuse of our products.

All content on the Raven Rocks Precision website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our express written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
Raven Rocks Precision provides its products, services, and website on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raven Rocks Precision’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a product purchased shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
