Returns will be processed for new and unopened products, in resalable packaging. A 10% restocking fee applies for all returns, except for those made in error by Raven Rocks Precision. Refunds or exchanges will be processed at our discretion after we receive and inspect the returned goods. Shipping costs for returns are generally non-refundable.
