Brand new Norma 9mm Frangible Bullets (not loaded ammo)
These bullets are copper-polymer matrix (same composition as the Inceptor ARX).
The bullets measure and weigh on the smaller side, but are all within SAAMI spec for 9mm bullets. Our average weight was roughly 92gr and measured about .353" diameter. These are the same bullets norma uses in their frangible load marketed to Military / Law Enforcement.

This product saw a lot of traction in the last quarter of 2024, and we expect it to remain in high demand throughout 2025. These bullets are lead-free, made from a copper-polymer matrix, and are similar in construction to the Inceptor ARX bullets we also sell. They’re frangible on steel, which means they break apart on impact with hard surfaces, improving safety in certain shooting environments.
Most importantly, they’re extremely economical. At about 4.7 cents per bullet, you can now load 9mm at prices that haven’t been seen since before COVID. That kind of pricing is a game-changer for high-volume shooters.
We’ll be pushing this product heavily over the next year, and we expect more load data to become available as more shooters work with them. Right now, many are reporting great results with about 4 to 4.5 grains of Tightgroup powder, though of course this is not official load data. We’ll be conducting our own independent testing soon and will share verified data with our customers as it becomes available.
So far, the feedback has been fantastic. Shooters are surprised and impressed with the accuracy these frangibles deliver—especially at this price point. If you haven’t tried them yet, now’s the time.

Best thing going right now. Shooting indoor steel and they definitely do the job. My recipe is 5.4gr AutoComp, Win SPP, Federal brass with a COL of 1.1350 to 1.1395 getting 1330 velocities with them. Using the Lee Universal Expander die and the Redding Tapered crimp die. No issues to date.
