These bullets are made by MFS in Europe and are the same bullets Norma uses in their Safeguard line of 357 Magnum Ammunition. 
Box is marked 357 Magnum РThe 357 Mag bullets have a slightly narrower hollow point than the 38 special: 38 SPL Av. ~0.124” ; 357 MAG Av  ~0.094”

Compared to Hornady I rate them less, due to having a raised portion above base, although for range.
A little undersized, works great for me, 38 and 357 magnum…

They worked just fine in my reloading press. Quality at a reasonable cost. They worked well in my rifle and my handgun .
